Danik Daniels, Partner - Enterprise IT

Danik helps CIO's and other executives solve a wide range of technology problems. In 1998, his work as a PricewaterhouseCoopers consultant started him on the path of assisting large clients that include TD Bank, Canada Post, Corel, Resolve, Telus, the City of Toronto and the Insurance Bureau of Canada. Recent clients include AVIVA, Senica, Servus and Royal Bank of Canada.

Danik is both a Systems Tune partner and the OnX United States and Canada Practice Manager. OnX is a leader in health care technology platforms and innovation. His technical experience has resulted in him becoming a key OnX "go to" person when emergencies arise. Danik is on the HP Mobile Applications Product Group advisory board. His extensive experience enables him to rapidly perform technology assessments and establish enterprise wide practice strategies.

From automated testing to introducing innovative enterprise technology platforms, Danik helps companies with delivery and management methodologies that drive out costs and drive in improved governance.

David Dionisi, Partner - Reengineering Implementation

David has over 30 years of leadership experience bringing complex ideas to life. His experience includes creating successful businesses and nonprofits in multiple countries. He first obtained his workflow and process design skills while serving as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army.

In 1993, David served on the Prudential reengineering team which fundamentally transformed operations. In 1996, he accepted a position as the Vice President of Electronic Commerce for New England Financial to develop a new technology platform and integrate operations with MetLife. In 2000, he resigned to work with DirectAdvice.com, an Internet startup company. In 2001, David was asked if he would consider returning to MetLife to serve as the senior executive of iBusiness.

David's position on the MetLife senior executive team enabled the enterprise to serve customers in new ways with reengineered business processes that leveraged new technologies. As part of this future platform initiative, David led a $58 million dollar project enabling self service via the Internet. During this time he also led the creation and deployment of a producer centric Internet portal to empower financial advisors and employees in five MetLife companies.
